Answer:

Hi Vandana, warm greetings from I wish to Travel

Bangkok (BKK) is an ideal starting point for all the travelers visiting Thailand for the first time. Bangkok’s easy going, warm and friendly setting makes everyone feels quite comfortable pretty quickly. There are tons of things to do in and around Bangkok but for a 5 days visit, the following can be an ideal itinerary.

Thailand Itinerary:

Day-1: Stay local. Explore walking distance markets, restaurants, shopping areas etc. and let BKK, Thailand sink in to you.

Day-2: Book a Floating Market tour from your hotel. It is a full day excursion, 1.5 hours drive away from BKK. The itinerary will include Floating Market, snake, crocodile farms, elephant ride, short visits to templates etc.

Day-3: Go for Siam Niramit cultural show with dinner staring early evening. It is an absolute must. Most awe inspiring show in BKK. You would love it.

Day-4: Take a BKK hop-on-hop off bus tour or City Bus Tour to explore entire city in one go.

Day-5: Shop, shop and shop and dont forget to get ready to leave next day.
